ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Team Member for Paula Faivre - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relationships and proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and maintain customer relationships in insurance and financial services
Consult with customers about comprehensive financial planning and insurance options
Assist customers with daily transactions and offer thoughtful professional recommendations
Ability to learn market trends and product offerings quickly

QUALIFICATIONS:

3+ years of experience in insurance and financial services or relevant sales
Licenses in Property, Casualty, Life & Health insurance preferred
Ability to stay positive in a fast paced, high demand, multi-state agency

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Must be coachable and accountable to systems and processes
Must prefer a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and enjoy technology updates/changes
Self starter and the ability to self resource
Bi-Lingual in either Spanish, Tagalog or Vietnamese

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
Our office is located in Virginia Beach but we serve all of Virginia.
Our office is open M-T-W-F 8:30-5:30 & 8:30-7:00 on Thursdays.
Our agency has received awards including: Ambassador Travel and Legion of Honor
