ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Paula Faivre - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Answer customer inquiries and requests to include taking payments, reviewing coverage and making policy changes.
- Follow-up with online inquiries, manage office text messaging systems and responding to customer emails.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Matching customers needs with appropriate products - this position does have sales responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Patience, grace and being positive even in difficult situations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- Previous customer service experience preferred
This position will require you to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance license prior to hiring and a Life & Health license within 30 days of hire.

- Our office is open M-T-W-F 8:30-5:30 & 8:30-7:00 on Thursdays.
